To find out your size, measure your wrist with a tape measure, always above the bone, loosely, do not tighten the tape too much but do not leave it too loose either.

RINGS
MEASURE THE INSIDE OF A RING
The best way is to measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits you. You put the ring on a ruler or measure it with a meter and you will know the millimeters of the diameter. In the graph you can see that the inner circumference measures 17 mm. which would correspond to a size 14, according to the equivalence table. .

To calculate your measurement you have to take into account that the fingers dilate with heat and contract with cold.
